Multi-Family
Development Task Force This Task Force will focus on how
multi-family development proposals are reviewed and approved with
an emphasis on determining how appropriate development densities
should be established. Changes to the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision
Regulations or the Vision 20/20 Growth Management and Land
Use Plan may be recommended.
Multi-Family Year End Report.
The Multi-Family Task Force will begin meeting on August 26, 3008 at 6:00 pm in the 4th floor conference room of the Busch Building, 840 Boonville Avenue. We will be sending out the year-end report and staff recommendations for your review this Friday.
