Taskforce Members Present: Matt Bailey, Mike Breeding, Sam Coryell, Jim Hansen, Brent Haselhorst, Bob Hunt, Jack Hunter, David Hutchison, Robert Jones, Glen Larson, Kerry Norman, Kevin Roods, Tim Roth, Gene Walker, Ron Weis and Gary Wilson
Staff Present: Ralph Rognstad, Jr., Ann Razer and Bob Hosmer
Anyone attending and not listed should notify staff.
Ann Razer discussed the timeline for completing the work of the Multi-Family Task Force and resulting amendment to the Zoning Ordinance.
- May 14 task force meeting - complete discusison of design guidelines, discuss opportunities and constraints, discuss bonus point
- May 30 task force meeting - complete discussion of bonus points, discuss matrix points and density ranges
- June 4 - staff mail out draft document
- June 11 task force meeting - complete discussion of matrix points and density ranges, ake comments on document
- June 14 - staff brief Planning & Zoning Commission on work of the task force (task force members encouraged to attend)
- June 18 task force meeting (if needed) - complete comments on document (can continue on June 25 if needed)
- June 26 - staff brief City Council at Council Lunch (task force members welcome to attend)
- July 2 - City Council Meeting - initiate changes to Zoning Ordinance
- July 18 - staff present task force report to DIIG (task force members encouraged to attend)
- July 26 - Planning and Zoning Commission vote on proposed changes to Zoning Ordinance
- August 13 - City Council 1st Reading on Zoning Ordinance Changes
- August 27 - City Council 2nd Reading on Zoining Ordinance Changes
- August 31 - Administrative Delay Ends
The taskforce finished reviewing the Design Guidelines. The taskforce also finished reviewing the opportunities and constraints of the MF location matrix. Enclosed is a draft of the Design Guidelines with appropriate changes.
The next taskforce meeting will begin with review of the bonus points.
The next meeting of the Multi-Family Development Taskforce will be May 30, 2007, 6:00-9:00 PM, Busch Building 4th floor conference room.
