Multi-Family Development Task Force Minutes

April 16, 2007

Taskforce Members Present: King Coltrin, Jim Dow, Cameron Eoff, Brent Haselhorst, Jack Hunter, Bob Hunt, Mike Breeding, David Hutchison, Robert Jones, Matt Morrow, Kevin Roods, Linda Walker, Gene Walker, Ron Weis and Gary Wilson

Staff Present: Ralph Rognstad, Jr., Ann Razer and Bob Hosmer

Anyone attending and not listed should notify staff.

This meeting began with discussion of the Purpose Statement.  The Design Guidelines were reviewed and changes were made to the Design Guidelines Pedestrian Section 1-6 and number 1 of the Circulation System section.  The taskforce voted to make the above changes to the Design Guidelines. 

The taskforce will finish reviewing the Circulation System section at the next taskforce meeting.

The next meeting of the Multi-Family Development Taskforce will be April 30, 2007, 6:00-9:00 PM, Busch Building 4th floor conference room.
